The Codes Enforcement Officer is responsible of ensuring compliance with all
property maintenance regulations. Activities associated with the job include
responding to complaints, answering phones and assisting walk-in clients by
providing information pertaining to property maintenance ordinances &
regulations. Additional duties include the preparation of violations, discussing
legal actions against property owners with the City Attorney and preparing legal
documents for City Court cases.
