The Rockwood Police Department takes pride in it’s professional approach to modern day law enforcement. We continue to be a trend setter for agencies of this size by updating policies, tactics and procedures while providing advanced and specialized training for their officers. The Department’s Special Response Unit (SRU) has undergone extensive, nationally recognized training and has been instrumental in the successful resolution of numerous potentially life threatening situations.
