The Rockwood City Council operates on a “five day” rule. Agendas are provided to members of council no less than 5 days prior to the meeting.

If a member of the public desires to speak at the meeting, he or she may do so by informing the Mayor during the public comment period.

Any items that are voted on after agendas are set, must be added to the agenda at the council meeting, by waiving the five day rule and approved by a majority of the mayor and council members.
