CAR TAG OFFICE IN ROCKWOOD CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The Roane County Clerk’s Office is normally open at Rockwood City Hall each Wednesday. Due to be being short-staffed, the office is closed until further notice. Those citizens in need of clerk services (car tags etc…) will need to go to the courthouse in Kingston.

We will place a notice when the clerk services return.
